We'd have to read her stories to know if they violated the terms of service. There are several violations that might have occurred. I imagine it was a definite violation since she was a paying customer and therefore more valuable than the average FF.net author. Also generally you don't get your whole account yanked until you've had a number of stories taken down. I suppose someone might have falsely reported every single one of her stories at once and thus jacked her up over the maximum number of deleted stories, but I'd think FF.net would have some sort of safeguard against this.

Did she try contacting the admin? I would suggest that.
