Does nobody have documented to expected outputs or tests on the electrical system that I can use to try to diagnose what could be failed? I thought I recall something documented (can't find) about which leads on the alternator to probe and resistance values, volts at certain RPM (read at battery or alternator, and other tests (regulator/rectifier, etc.).

I'll be at the garage the bike is at on Saturday morn and really want to be able to diagnose this out then. I don't have the luxury of leaving in the garage for long and if not fixed will need to tow elsewhere...

Thanks for any help on this...
