She had only asked what she'd always asked, only this time she'd refused to take silence as an answer - and in truth the word no was not to be part of his vocabulary either. As his kisses continued to pelt her lips and face Alicia sighed, a sigh of a satisfied woman, a pleased wife, and relaxed mortal - though the last was a far stretch from the truth. "Thank you." Words whispered as she took his head within her hands and kissed his forehead, nose, and then mouth. "Do not fret if anything I have learned in our years together is that you always wiggle you way out of pickles. Besides. This is a new chapter that we have planned for, not sprung up on us." His final words...a promise left her warm and fuzzy inside. Another glance given his new mark, keeping any disgust she held for it out of her mind and voice. "We'll figure everything out. I have faith." Words spoken again softly. She felt like lightening the mood now and did so with a wink of her blue eye. "Don't think all this mush is going to get you out of laundry duty. You still have towels to fold." Light tease given as she kissed him again.
