He felt the fangs against his lip but did not taste the blood that swelled there. Their faces were pressed together and his head was held there by an arm pulled down against the back of his neck. Like a guillotine, he thought.

And then he found his hands against the carpet and pushed away. "FOR THE LOVE OF GOD WOULD YOU STOP DOING THAT!" But his movement was restricted.
