Well, in fairness, I do think that Blair, and saving Blair from the mess he got her into, is rightfully Todd's focus at this time. It's also clear to me that he will shortly be having more broadly-based interactions on the show, so this part is fine. But the characters need to get past the JFP-inflicted horror of Max’s shooting, and this is leading up to that.

I am one of the passionate TnTers who is loving T&B right now. I really am, and I have friends who are really enjoying this. T&B are fun to watch; the recent writing has been good; and the acting is generally excellent. I also think the T&Bers were overdue for some happiness. They sure waited long enough for it!

They have the version of Todd that they think is RealTodd, and this version has a lot going for it – especially the naked chest scenes and the obvious interest in sex. I am thrilled to be beyond the sexless version of Todd we poor TnTers got stuck with under Pam Long and JFP. And since this Todd now has no problem with sex, I will happily assume that the Todd who left with Tea a year ago didn't either (vbg).

Do I wish it was TnT? Sure!!!! But I’m sure I’ll be getting TnT down the road, with baby boy Manning in tow.

Nothing is forever on a soap. Not T&B, not TnT … I really enjoy RH, KdP and FL, and hope to go on enjoying them in stories where they have other interests and relationships. This is especially true for the female characters, Blair and Téa, both of whom used to have spunk, brains and independence enough to stand on their own as characters – and could again.

I also wanted to comment on Pussy’s comment on the repeated scene today. I thought it was fascinating to see both RH and KdP do the same scene twice, particularly since it was pretty much word-for-word what had appeared yesterday. I love seeing that clear acting ability onscreen. It’s wonderful how an inflection, a pause, a different emphasis can alter your understanding of what you are seeing. I also loved the fact that the dialogue was virtually identical. That shows that these two actors are faithful to the script and aren’t just making it up as they go along. This looks to me like the kind of discipline that Tomlin would like. It was absolutely fascinating to see the same scene done twice.

I saw RH’s play several times – I had the same reaction. Every time was different, and it gave you a different perspective on each occasion.
