Somewhere in this darkness
There's a light that I can't find
Maybe it's too far away...
Maybe I'm just blind…
Maybe I'm just blind...
So hold me when I'm here
Love me when I'm wrong
Hold me when I'm scared
And love me when I'm gone
Everything I am
And everything you need
I'll also be the one
You wanted me to be
I'll never let you down
Even if I could
I'd give up everything
If only for your good
So hold me when I'm here
Love me when I'm wrong
You can hold me when I'm scared
You won't always be there
So love me when I'm gone
Severely wounded and weak, childish masculine slinks into terrace. Black optics scroll over terrace, within held his fear, his loneliness, the much-hated sorrow from his suffering that he wished no one had to see. Unable to sustain himself upon weak limbs a moment longer, he collapses to his knees, breathing that was once calmed and steady is now labored and faint. Left hand clutches his broken right shoulder, whilst his right hand rested limp over his scarred and bare torso and abdomen. He grimaces as the prickling of callused skin meets his neck, feeling his windpipe being crushed in the harsh grasp. He croaks softly, wincing as the man that stood over him jerks him to his feet, only to sling him back to the ground again. A hoarse yelp escapes his throat, eyelids concealing blackened pools, ready to take the man’s harsh beating, only to find he wasn’t being touched. Swallowing hard, eyes slip open, noticing the violent male, his uncle, had gone. Sighs deeply in relief, though relief doesn’t last long as he becomes weary of the other beings that surrounded him. Grimacing, he lugs himself to his feet, moving to a tree, sitting in the shade. Knees come to his chest, arms limply wrapping his knees, black pools watching his surroundings fearfully.
He was quiet handsome. His skin was the color of a rusted golden brown. His black hair reached just an inch past his shoulders, setting off his black pools. He was slender in build, originally being quite muscular, but do to his lack of nutrition, he had become weakened and you could practically count every rib. Hands were nimbly carved, elegant as only elegant can be, but that elegance being hidden beneath the scars and bruises that blanketed them along with the rest of his delicate frame. One’s voice was soft, deep in tone, yet smooth, not showing the ruggedness of a usual youth…like a stream running a smooth coarse, no pebbles or rocks to block its way. He was simply perfect in complexion…if you managed to see under his wounds.
