Not Bush." on 09:13:00 09/09/05 Fri you are right, nagin was at fault, he waited to long to get the people to safe locations and to order a mandatory evacuation pre katrina. the superdome, should have been the last resort, furthermore people directed by nagin walked several blocks in knee deep water and there were no buses waiting for them, not until the national guard arrival anyone there had any hope or felt safe. l hope this has been a lesson for all to learn. ms blanco, well she too responded poorly.
