Hi my older brother is a heroin addict and he has used everyone so badly that now nobody will help him. I would like to help him more, but I have family and small children around. When i use to let him stay he would come here high falling over. When he stays at my mothers house he tries attacking them. We are very worried about him we do not know what to do he tells us what he wants help, but when it comes to him he makes up some sorry excuse to what isnt gonna happen. If anyone has any advice please help.
