The Collegians are beginning to realise that the RFL requires a consistent 4 quarter effort from all players as coach Sly was left lamenting the non appearance of two of his students. Meanwhile Mutley's men took full advantage of the situation to cruise to a 6 goal win.

New RFL powerhouse the SwanGunners left no doubt in the minds of the Party Animals, as to just who is the new power team in the RFL, with a comfortable 3 goal win on Saturday night at "The Disco". Molly's men were no match for the interstate maulers who came to town and made them dance to a new rhythm that they were clearly uncomfortable with.

Cellar dwellars the VVS Laxatives looked set to cause the upset of the season, going into the last quarter with a comfortable 6 goal lead, but coach Rooter McTempo failed to place a tag on the oppositions Michael Rischitelli, who ran rampant during the last quarter to snag 9 goals and get the Dark Lords home by 15 points. The General was all smiles after the game noting the irony of a team like the Laxatives letting a player like Rischitelli run loose. "Oh the irony he was heard saying as he left the press conference pissing himself laughing at Rooters men.

Jovial Jock's season is left tettering on the brink after another belting. This time at the hands of the enigmatic Piss Pots. Its crisis time for the Midshipmen, with their season quickly slipping away to nothing again. Despite all the promises in the off season nothing has changed. Meanwhile with the dulcit tones of "We are the Pigs Arse Boys" belting out from beneath the stands of Optarse Oval it was clear that the Piss Pots thoroughly enjoyed giving their arch rivals a good old fashion touch up to the tune of 59 points.
