流動電話市場的競爭日趨激烈,變相令手機通話時間愈來愈不值錢;網絡供應商要賺錢的話,已不能靠一般的通話月費,必須開發、推銷各式增值服務。
話說自從轉用3G手機之後,我一直有選用一個甚麼「數據Package」,每月另加四十八元,就包含3MB的數據傳輸用量,若超過3MB就逐K逐K地計算;反正我對甚麼MB甚麼K的概念也很糢糊,當初Sales遊說我選用時,覺得四十八元似乎不貴,聽落3MB也應該夠用,就欣然答應了。
選用之後,一直無事,每月照交四十八元,似乎用量沒有超出範圍。可是,上個月,忽然收到手機公司Sales的電話,提醒我道:「閣下今個月的用量已經超出3MB了,計埋額外用量都超過一百元;不如你試下轉用一一八元的Package啦!包成10MB咁多,會蚍齱I」
我當時一力婉拒,自知不是經常用過量的。唯想不到只是偶爾一次用多了,Sales居然會即時察覺並打來推銷更貴的Package,這絕對是很積極的策略!
不過,實在太積極了!到今個月,我又收到同樣的電話,說我用量又超出了3MB,請我考慮轉用10MB Package。
我終於投降說:「好吧好吧!因為我不想下個月再收到你們的電話!」
