  • Just speculating, but sometimes it is nothing more than "Backlog" ( not enough NCAA employees ) of cases to work thru. Or it may be an issue with incomplete paperwork. It is the burden of the player / HS /JUCO to make sure the paperwork is complete and accurate. The NCAA is also fairly detailed in making sure a course meets the criteria to be considered a "Core requirement". Perhaps they are questioning one of his courses.
