Author: Always a Duke
Subject: If the Dukes were to win out as you describe, including beating Pitt, they'd be 14-1 and most certainly ranked in the Top 25. However, there's an away game at Ohio State (8-1 record & sporting a RPI of 4) between now and the Pitt game. A win over Ohio State on Dec. 28th will be an extemely difficult task. But a 13-2 record would be an excellent outcome at the end of the non-conference schedule. But we're getting a little ahead of ourselves. Vandy is the next target!
In reply to: duq81 's message, "I'd like to see us at least begin to get votes. Once you begin to get votes, other voters will take a closer look, giving you a chance to crack the Top 25 down the road. If we can win out through the Pitt game, we should be ranked." on Thursday, December 16, 03:06:04pm
