Author: Always a Duke
Subject: First let me say, Duke of Earl, you're no Gene Chandler or predictor of the outcome of a basketball game for that matter! I suppose the Jaguars read you comments and enterd the game with a sense of false confidence. If that was part of your devious plan, thanks; however, I suspect otherwise.
In reply to: DukeOfEarl 's message, "Don't be surprised if IUPUI gives the Dukes all they can handle, and possibly blows us out if we're not careful. The Jaguars led Ohio State (yes, that OSU) 50-41 with 12:40 to play, before. OSU (7-0) countered with a big run, including 11 straight to take a 52-50 lead with 8:37 left. I don't think the Jags will be intimidated by the 1500 fans at the Palumbo if they played this well in front of 15,000 at OSU's Schottenstein Center." on Saturday, December 18, 03:21:40am

  • Dukes played their best game all season by far. Don't know the stats, but crisp passing, great defense, good shot selection, and made free throws. This team is really improving, with a lot of play from the freshmen. I hope to meet Bobby Mo one more time this year. That one still stings. P. S. Talley and TJ really move and distribute the ball, point scoring is gravy with those guys. (NT) -- P of P, Sunday, December 19, 04:00:55am
  • Wow ... after being almost perfect in their shooting vs. Green Bay? (NT) -- El Duque, Sunday, December 19, 07:40:17am
