Subject: Wow, no we're going back to 1941 to find something positive about Duquesne athletics, I thought 1955 was the limit !

My cousin was an All American on DU's Iron Dukes 1941 undefeated team. I believe I read on your forum that if the BCS system was in effect at that time DU would have been ranked #1. We will never be at that level again, but there is a lot of history behind DU football, and I look for DU to be a consistent challenger in their league as the get more scholarship players.
