Subject: I remember that ratty little court. I remember watching Norm Nixon and some guys from around Pittsburgh going at it on that court.
In reply to: MikeR 's message, "That aren't enough O's in Smooth to describe the way Mickey played basketball. On my second day ever on campus, I foolishly got myself into a pickup game on the little court by the music school that was literally a "cage". At one point, I was left wide open and tried a shot from the corner. Mickey Davis took about two strides from the opposite corner and swatted it out of the cage. I knew then I had reached the level at which I could not compete, and remember it like it was yesterday." on Sunday, September 12, 11:34:34am
