騎師史科菲上訴

二○○四年五月二十五日

承馬會董事局命，賽事秘書鄭育強發出通告：

騎師史科菲已就競賽董事小組於二○○四年五月二十五日判處其停牌至二○○四年十一月二十五日始可恢復出賽的罰則，提交擬上訴通知。

董事局根據賽事規例第23(5)條，暫停執行該項罰則，直至上訴聆訊有了結果為止。
