Has you brother ever been involved in his children's lives? If so, when did that stop?

When they were born up until she moved away 3 years ago.

How has he contributed positively to their lives (emotionally, physically, financially)?

None. My brother has been diagnosed as schyzophrenic and has a hard time holding jobs, etc.

What are his reasons for not wanting to terminate his rights?

They are his kids. Plain and simple. He loves them and wants to be able to see them.

How long has their step-father been in their lives, and what kind of relationship do they have with him?

The past 3 years.
