Doesn't sound right. It still blows out the vents and defrost when you switch it to floor?

Maybe the thing to do is go back to the dealer and have them show you that another 07 does the same thing. Find your salesman, and ask for the keys to another just like it and see what that does. The key is to be nice. Nobody wants to help a jerk. But if you act nicely, I think they'll be happy to oblige.

Have you sent in your customer survey yet? ("CSI" in dealership lingo.) Don't hold it over their heads, but if you have yet to send it in you have more power than you think.
