We've been real busy, and hope to remain that way. Here is something special I wanted to share with all of you. It is in times like this when we need our SUN brothers and sisters full participation.

Simmington Hills' 2nd Anniversary will be coming around soon, on December 10th! Please mark your calendars because this year will be a special one for some lucky Sims out there in the community!!

As the invitation states, we desperately need participation from the Sims Community!! Please help us raise money for our bankrupt Hood Administration! Anyone can participate, especially those with money and a love of fine ART!! We know there are a lot of Sims out there that fit this description!! (All paintings will be based on Maxis Frames.)
This auction will be held under the Community Events page -all day- on December 10th, and hosted by Sen. Cunningham, Sr.
Each painting will have a number for you to reference on your bid. It will also have a starting bid price marked on it. This is the starting price and you can't bid below it. We will take the highest bid, of course!
The winners of the Silent Auction will be announced the next day, December 11th, on the Community Events page. There will be only 5 rare paintings up for auction by these acclaimed artists: Jackson Pollock, Pablo Picaaso, Vincent Van Gogh, Paul Ce'zanne and Claude Monet. (Disclaimer: We are in no way making real money off of this, this is a game for Sims. The money spent is Sims' money. We have no intention of profiting in any way.)

How to turn in your bids:
1. Send an email to ATTN: Silent Auction, simmingtonhills@hotmail.com We will take emails all day long until the stroke of midnight, Dec. 11th.
2. Please include your first and last name, what neighborhood you live in, a link to your website/blog if you have one (not required), the painting number(s), and your bid.
3. Also attach a portrait picture of yourself: This is for the winning announcement the following day!
4. If you are a winner, the painting you bid on will be emailed to you on December 11th, along with a brief history of the painting!
**Yes, you may bid on more than one painting, if you choose.**
Once again, we know there are a lot of Sims out there in your neighborhoods sitting on a ton of money! Why not spend it for a worthy cause?! Help our neighborhood! Please come and participate in our Silent Auction!
