Adeeb Shazad, I wonder if your hood is suffering from a similar time lag as some Simmerville homes did some time ago? All houses except from one was cured.

The clock was moving extremely slow, while all actions were perfectly performed. The result was that these houses managed to get twice as much as others during one simday.
We found this was caused by the green plant; Creeping Ivy Trellis. Our theory (Sims Science team), is that the trellis had attracted a lightning, but did not catch fire like any other tree would. Instead it kept a fire trigger on the same ground tile. To check this; just move the trellis plant away and then see if you can put it back to where it was. If the tile is occupied, it is most probably the invisible fire starter (must be deleted with a so called move-objects-on treatment). If not deleted a terrible fire might start, a local sim did die in such a fire and severals did catch fire while watering their garden, thanks to that invisible thing.

Best wishes,
