The higher you go, the harder you fall
By Fadheela(Islamic Surf Member)

The western media is deceiving the entire world. The situation in Baghdad is nothing short of a bloodbath. Alot of television footage is being shown about the so-called successful invasion and about the so-called victory but there is absolutely no television footage being shown about the thousands of Iraqi`s who are being mercilessly blown up by the coalition forces in their obsession of getting hold of Saddam Hussein.

In my opinion, the attacks on the hotel which is housing the international media has been masterminded. The Pentagon would like to ensure that the gruesome scenes on the streets of Baghdad will not be shown to the world.Three western journalists have been killed coldbloodedly. The Al-Jazeerah television offices have been surrounded by the coalition forces and it appears that the coalition forces are knowingly shooting at the buildings which are accommodating international journalists. One reporter is said to have sent out an SOS, crying out for help. He said that they are surrounded by tanks and that they fear for their lives. It is evident that the coalition forces have been commanded to shoot and kill anyone without hesitation and without taking the time to differentiate between military and civilian targets.

The coalition forces have reached a stage of desperation. They are being faced with the most devastating resistance and they are not taking any chances.Their worst nightmare are the suicide bombers. One can only imagine how nervous this has made the coalition forces become. Due to their suspicion, no civilian will be spared!

My heart cries out for the innocent Iraqi people. I shudder to think about the gruesome scenes on the streets of Baghdad. Scenes which are deliberately being kept away from the eyes of the world. Bush and Blair met for a reason. They met to discuss what they could do next, since all their plans have been failing thus far. They probably realised that the media poses a threat because the media might film something which would land them in serious trouble.I can clearly picture Donald Rumsfeld yelling that "Saddam Hussein must be found at any cost, even if it means that you have to kill your own countrymen! That would explain why there is a genocide taking place right under our noses.

I hope that this will teach the western journalists a lesson. Now they will realise just how brutal their leaders are and hopefully they would not lie through their teeth while they are reporting on behalf of their countries and in favour of their countries. It is a pity that they had to learn the hard way! I hope that they will have the opportunity to go home and let the world know about the gruesome war crimes which their fellow countrymen and women have committed in the land of Iraq.

It appears that Bush and Blair are on a high. They are confident that nothing can stop them. They are confident that they can do as they please without having to worry about the consequences. One thing which they must remember is that "the higher you go, the harder you fall".
