"Yeah, baby I'll be over in a bit, I haven't eaten but you don't have to worry about it...we can order a pizza or something later." He loved how she went out of her way for him but he didn't want her to think that he expected it of her or anything. She tried very matter-of-factly to argue her point, and then threw in the deep-sigh, lonely girlfriend sort of comment to cement her point. "I'm bored, and all alone, and you called me after all..." She reminded him with her lower lip jutted out into a pout that was echoed in her tone, but the act didn't last long and she ended up smiling quietly and reaching for the remote to her own television. She knew he enjoyed keeping her company, but sometimes he could be a little lazy and just needed some extra prodding - most times she would just go over there, but apartment-sitting, she kind of needed to be here for the puppies.
