I don't know if you ever got my response to your message about John Appleby and Emily Robbins being your second great grandparents. They are my second great-grandparents as well, and I believe that makes us second cousins.

I am on Ancestry, and I'd love to see your family tree. What's the exact name of your tree?

I might be getting a little bit deeper into the Applebys of England. Have to check a few sources before
I add it to the tree. Please feel free to contact me. I'd love to talk genealogy with you.

P.S. Do you still live in Old Lyme? I live on Long Island, so I'm not that very far away. I've been to Old Lyme a few times to do some research. Such a beautiful town!
