本人正修讀翻譯學位課程,對中文稍有研究,閣下在專欄中提出「不可一,不可再」、「狗隻」的問題,本人希望能與閣下討論一下。

政府宣傳片也是廣告,而廣告獨有一套語法,以平常的角度看廣告中的文字,未免不太適合。閣下其實也明白「不可一,不可再」,其實是拿「可一不可再」來玩,這種手法稱為「仿詞」,廣告常用,很能吸引人來讀,這正是廣告的大前提。以一般語法來判斷它對還是錯,恐怕沒有一句廣告標語符合規範。

至於「狗隻」的問題,可從構詞法的角度來看。「狗隻」、「豬隻」等詞,以名詞後接量詞,這種結構稱為「中補(即中心語加上補充部分)」,「房間」一詞也是這種結構。閣下的讀者其實也有理,在較正式的場合,如新聞報導、政府宣傳片等,以雙音節詞代替單音節詞,讀起來比較順口,也比較適合。

研究語言也須注重語境(context),把詞句從語境分割出來,再判斷對錯,未免有點不公平。
