Subject: 停止減磅 - 有點失望

本人八個月前開始減肥, 減肥前有202磅(身高171cm)
每朝早跑步半小時, 三餐均衡(七成飽肚), 開始頭兩個月的確很好成績(大約減了12磅), 之後開始減慢了, 平均每個月只減2-3磅, 到近兩個月更加停止減磅(現在178磅, 跟兩個月前一樣)
請問原因可在? 我目標係150磅, 有可能達到嗎? 要怎樣才可達到呢? 謝謝
