Subject: An Old store

I have been going crazy trying to remember the name of the store that once resided where Toy's R Us is (Flatbush Ave in Marine Park ) , I can almost remember the store as a varity store like Star Value and L.H Martins,Kennys . I think it was painted green on the outside and had a metal coregated roof there was a pickup area in the back and the parking lot wasn't lit very well. If anyone remembers what this was please add it to this thread . Thanking you in advance, Anthony from Glenwood rd and East 87th st.

It was called Floyd Bennett. My mother spent many a day there dragging my rump around looking for clothes for me.

Next door there used to be a driving range where you could try to hit golf balls into Mill Basin.

It was called Lloyds, and sold electronic equipment.
