I was interested if anyone knew my mom. Her name was Beth Weissman/Farino. She graduated appx. 1974. I dont know exactly what year or from what school. (Sorry for the lack of info.) She grew up on or around E 106th. Please e-mail me.... Thanks!

I knew your mom well.
We all grew up on 106srt.Your grandmther and my mom
were great friends.
They were great times. In the summers we would pack
up the car and go to the beachs or taken to the stores
along with your Aunt Helene and my two sisters.
Our block was full of kids.
Please send my love to your grandmother.
If you can send me her phone number my mom would love it.

Hi Brooke. I am rarely on the computer, but I recently read about your mother's passing. I am terribly sorry. Your mother and I were best friends in the 5th and 6th grades at P.S. 242 in Canarsie. I spent many afternoons and Saturdays at her house, and yes she grew up at 106-11 Ave. J. Although we lost touch sometime after elementary school, I ran into her on Seaview Ave. in the early 1980's. Ironically , you were with her. You must have been about 5. I remember Beth's sister Helene, her mother Renee and father Simon. Ask your aunt if she remembers me. Brooke. I am so sorry for your loss. Ialso lost my mother at a young age. Beth was a wonderful person and great friend. Please feel free to write, God Bless Susan

I remember you as a little baby, I know your dad Johnny how is he? wow and your grandpa i know, and of cause your uncle tommy, your mom was a very sweet lady as i remember her, i was so sorry to hear of your loss

Brooke, I knew your mom and dad well. We used to hang out together until things got out of control. Last I heard you were living in Florida with your dad, Johnny.
