I remember more names: Mark, Larry, Sheryl, and Abe Strach, Mark & Lenny Maltzman (705), Jeffrey Moore (701), Junior DeMario, Bosco, Marty (Cream Puff)Half (706), Albert (Butch) and Donna Compitello, Jay Mazur, the Fabricant brothers (708), Jan Dermakan (704), Jan Rothman (720), Greg Skydell, Craig Sklar, Jimmy D'Alesandro (713, my landlord), Irene, Randy, and Ann Bitton (707), Bob, Fay, and crazy Jerry Rosen (707). From E 78 St I remember Steve Mittman.

I've had no cantact with anyone above since they left the block. Rory moved to Florida and visited once in the mid 70's. The Mittman's still live in Brooklyn.

I remember playing Skelly, sewer top, Johnny on the Pony, Spud, and all the other street games that have gone the way of the Wetson's on the corner. The blizzard of 1967 and the hurricane some years later that blew a tree onto my landlords car.
