I don't see why I should refrain from doing so, because Wilcox happens to be a friend of yours. What she had written in her book had produced an emotional response within me and I responded in kind. Now, you can lecture to me about keeping my emotions in check - especially when it comes to fiction. But chances are I will ignore such lectures, since I dislike people dictating how I should respond to anything. Are we clear?
