The comic book store I went to was selling the comic on a Tier System? Whatever that means.

I paid $4.99 for the last Buffy comic on the first tier. He had the same comic under a "second tier" for $5.99.

So from this I'm guessing after selling a specific amount the comic jumps a dollar every tier? That's insane.
