"If you saw the pre-view for the next episode it will be clear where Kate is"

Oh I don't doubt she was somewhere. Just if it was my show, I'd keep a camera there, wherever she was.

I recognize that Ana made that promise. I don't mean this to be an extra harsh judgement on her, but let's agree that making a promise to a child who has lost her mother, even a child whose life you have saved, is not comparable to losing your child, especially one that you loved and wanted desperately to have in your life, who was already taken from you once, who has also lost his mother, been abandoned by his step-father and who you have only just been reunited with and who you had also made promises to. Now, someone might say, well, Ana lucia doesn't know that. Maybe not the details. But its a pretty easy guess that losing your kid is at least comparable to losing someone who isn't your kid. When I saw her give that line, I thought, wow, I can't wait to see what they took from her. I didn't see it, except possibly her compassion. I think she owed Michael a little more compassion. But she's been through a lot. They've only gone part way to winning me over to her. I admire certain aspects of her character. Others I'm not so fond of. Makes her seem like a complete person, I suppose.
