I also noted the conversation about Locke speaking with the phone sex 'Helen' and that at the side of the bed was a tens type machine. Considering the electromagnetic storyline, I wonder if that is what enables him to walk and could that end if it stops?

I wouldnt' be surprised to see some of the Tail section survivors getting killed off.
