Dark obsidian struck the soft earth beneath him. He didn't care if he was just fighting a colt, his blood was the same as the others he had fought before. Just because this was just a young one didn't make any difference at all. Just another lesson he would have to teach the young'ns. All so cocky, presuming they are invincible. They aren't. So inexperienced they were as well, especially when they are born with humans. They don't know how to fight at all, they just presume rearing will scare off those who threaten them. It doesn't. A rear from a smaller one is just a form of amusement, something that most will find absolutely hysterical. The whole fact of even fighting one like this was amusing. But, he would teach this colt who was in charge, and save him from further embaressment .
