Luke allowed the mare to get accustomed to the stall, wanting her to be comfortable. Once she had finished her bit of checking, he moved back towards her, and easily unbuckled her halter, giving her a swift pat to the neck, he then moved from the stall, but only to turn her fan on, and make sure she had water, in which she did. Latching the stall door once he was outside, he left the top hatch open so that if she wanted to look out she would be able to. For now Luke stood there to watch her, trying to figure out when exactly she was going to have this foal, and he wished he knew of whom she was bred to, but there was no way of knowing.
