Good to hear from you. Sorry I haven't looked at Jandebeur.com for quite a while. Your Gr-Grandfather may be the one of two brothers my father mentioned but did not any thing about. I'll bet the spelling made the differance. My Great-Grandfather was Michael Joseph Jandebeur who came to US and ended up in Huntingburg Indiana 1826-1889 and is buried there as a war veteran.

We need to tie the two togeather and find the last one.

Just found your answer. Have you found any connection yet?
I have not found yet where my Gr. Grandfather was buried in N. Y. I know he was married to Mary Lieman in 1859 in a German Lutheran Church in NY.
