Joseph John Shaffer was born the son of a Nuclear Contractor, in Pasco Washington. After moving around with his family for most of his childhood, his Family settled down in Walla Walla, Wa. After Graduating High School, he joined the Army where he acceled as a Helicoptor piolt. After serving 2 tours in Vietnam, he came home to a shattered country. After scoring a deal on a large surplus of military Helicoptors, he settled down in a little know town in Texas, called Biggsville, where he ran a sucessful business. The Police became opressive, and after they attacked one of his friends, he fought back. When the Police tried to destroy him, he fled to Bordertown, TX. Where he served with destinction 9) , as an Officer in the Texas Border Patrol. When the Biggsville Police found out where he was, they put a $50,000 price on his head. After a hired gun almost took his life, Joe returned to Biggsville, Where he Killed every cop, and left the town in ruins. This would later be known as the Biggsville Massacre.

After Biggsville, Joe wandered the Southwest, doing both Good and Evil. He spent a short time With the GUNfighters, where he honed his skills, and straightened out his life. He began to do good, where he earned the handle: Paladin. After a fight between him and another GUN. Paladin left the GUNfighters and Headed for New Mexico.........hehe

Habits and Manerizims: Joe tends to be a little excentric at times. He tends not to smoke, but has an ocasional Cigar, Cuban of course ;). Joe Rarely drinks, but when he does, he drinks whatever is availible. His weapons of choice are usually SlugThrowers, but he has been known to pack the ocasionaly WP or two. When on foot, He doesn't go Light, he has a 50cal in the Trunk of his car for just that ocasion. When he's not kicking Ass he is usually tinkering around under the hood of his Cars, or is messing around with those new fangdangled Personal Computers....
