Jinxamund and I discussed the possibility of one briefly last evening in tells.
What do you the body of the Army think?
There is enough spread in the races to make it effective...and I am quite sure a few of us know such obscure languages as Orcish and Fae.
Perhaps if it is as dead next Sunday as it was yesterday we could all meet in PoK or Nexus or Shadow Haven...elect certain people to be the trainers and spam the hell out of each other for a few hours.
Some people may find this silly...but on the Firiona Vie server if you don't learn languages you don't communicate.
Not many of us are roleplayers and that's fine but I'll tell you this...sometimes there is nothing more satisfying than to tell someone off in their own tongue. Not that Army should run around being vulgar and crass (I have enough of that to cover the entire guild thanks)...but in the spirit of racial tensions in game...it might be fun.
So please send your feedback on this suggestion, any languages you’d be willing to share outside of your racial ones...a date or time we could do it. We could even do it during the week in the evening...I have noticed a bulk of the Army is online then.
Dessina can teach Elder Elvish
Scyllua can teach the exotic Lizardman, and Orcish. Perhaps others, but I do not remember. She does indeed know a bit of all of them.
