How to reccomend someone for an award

Since the old man wants to award poeple for jobs well done, heres how you reccommend your peers for awards. First you send any officer a tell stating;

1. Who deserves the award.
2. What zone did the event occur
3. Why do they deserve the award
4. Look at the list of awards and pick what you think is deserved. If nothing is reccommened the general will pick one.

Please do not reccommend the highest award for a trivial event like, slaying a moss snake.
