What i want from the guild is pretty much what you stated at the begining of your post. I like to group with other members, its usually the best time i have in game. I think the best way to get more guild grouping is invite more into guild. Right now our levels are very spread out, and players are all over different time zones. There is not much we can do about that.
My next biggest thing is doing a raid/trip to a plane or something. I have always wanted to take down Naggy Vox, or plane of fear/hate, kill a mob to help someone get an epic, or a key/flag. I dont even care if its a big thing, 2 groups or so. I have been striving for lvl 50 to do these things.
Regarding raids, i think we should just give more notice than what i have seen latley. Past few i didnt know about untill the day of or after it happened. The Chardock one wasnt posted untill a few hours before it happened, would have liked to gone but didnt see the message in time. This might also be because i havent been getting MoTD wheni log in, so that all might be my problem.
Other than this i am quite happy with the Guild, i have lots of fun and look forward to even more.
