Yes,I want to play a high end game SOMETIMES, but in truth I left Army because another officer and I couldn't agree. It was easier to leave than spend all my time fighting, I don't play this " game " to fight with people.

I think Zoth is right, that Army needs to make some real changes. Raids are planned and no one shows for them. You should make a raid night and stick to it! It's how you learn to play together on a higher lvl.

Zothx and Zeppy are taking some of Army into Seb to do Juggs there on Friday evening. Anyone that chooses to come is welcome. There are lots of spells that drop there that I am sure some of you can use, or will be able to use. We LIKE your company, and we WANT to help you all we can. If we are coming acoss as ass's or knowitall's we dont mean to. We only want to help those that would like our help.

Army needs to have a MANDITORY GUILD MEETING and make decisions and STICK TO THEM. As for officers, I agree with Lind whole heartedly. If an officer refuses to group with, or raid with, or attend meetings they are NOT OFFICER MATERIAL. Sorry, but it's true. A guild is only as good as the people in it. NO you don't have to be an " uber " guild to have fun, BUT, you DO have to be able to rely on one another.

Taking an officer position is time consuming sometimes, and not always is the time put in appreciated. What you need to remember is this :

A GUILD IS THE PEOPLE'S IN IT, THEY MAKE THAT GUILD NOT THE OFFICER'S. YOU ALL OF YOU MAKE UP THAT GUILD.

If the people in it want to raid sometimes, then it's up to the officers to do the best they can to arrange that, BUT there is NO reason that YOU yourselves can't say " hey all I am going to throw together a raid anyone care to come? " You don't have to be high lvl to raid, you can take some low lvl's and raid /shrug Crushbone, or West Commanlands or Ocean of Tears or ANYWHERE : ) a raid isn't just for high lvl's. It is a group of friends that want to be together, that learn to play together, for xp, items and stuff, but most importantly when learning to raid, HAVE FUN. If your not having fun then something is wrong, but it's NOT ONLY OFFICERS that can or have to arrange raids.

Well guess I have said enough, so will shut up here now. You all know if you need Zeppy she's available to Army. She comes with a warrior though that also would like to see the people in Army do well for themselves.
