What's up everybody? How are those of you I haven't talked to in a while? I thought I'd let people know how things with the air force are going... which they're not. If things don't change soon, I'm going back to communism.

On the (dis)functioning of the air force: After seven months and much paperwork and red tape, I was finally supposed to hear about OTS on august 29th... no dice. On the up side, I may get a chance to hang out in DC for another year. I offer the following email correspondence from my recruiter over the past two weeks. I'm begining to wonder if it's some kind of joke. (perhaps best read in reverse order from the bottom)

I'm embarrased to say that the results still aren't out, with no details as to when they will be out. I'm just as impatient as you are when it comes to the results. I have been guessing since 29 Aug of different days, so I won't get you going anymore.
