How my dog was stolen

Here is exactly what happened. I went there to help finish a house so He could sell it before He was foreclosed on. We didn't do that, I worked for over a week helping reroof a house so he could make some needed money. I didn't mind, I just wanted to help, and ofcourse I paid for everything from truck fuel, snacks, drinks, even cigerettes. I had made a deal with Jerry Heater to pick up the runt female from his litter for a pup sometime later. I also had a deal with Randall Goss to get a black female. He had sold the black female and had 2 brindle females left. He said He was having a hard time moving them. Terry had said before we went that they were all garbage and would never be any good. I told Randall I couldn't pick worth a damn, would he let me have both and give them a good home. He said fine and did. That gave me 3 females to bring home. Terry started before we left there yard playing poor me and how I was getting everything. I said you think they will be garbage but I said I am willing to take that chance. He never stopped guilting me over my pups from that time on. Terry also had a deal with Jerry to get what Jerry considered his pick female, and the same deal with David Harris for another, which he said was supposed to be 2 but David was now saying just 1, which made Terry furious, but He wouldn't say anything to David for fear He would find out I was there, who David supposedly hates me. I told him to leave me home and go talk to David, but then the excuse was that David never even looks in the litter until they are 2 to 3 weeks old and couldn't even tell Terry how many pups there were. I knew this was a lie. Then Jan sent me an email and slipped and said he was shipping 4 dogs to Jerry and Terry. Terry had said all along he was getting 1 little male only. When I told him about the email He went off and that started all the bad treatment of me. He did not know any thing at all about any other pups he said over and over and then acused me of not trusting him and not being a good friend. Also all this time He kept saying don't mention to Jerry Heater that we are moving down to Fl. with you, because Terry had been telling Jerry all the same time He was moving out near him, and was afraid if Jerry found out He wouldn't get the pup from Jerry or the little male being shipped. You see, He was lieing to everyone in every direction to get a pup before anyone knew the truth. When he began to obuse me and go into rage fits and say the worse things you can imagine about my mental Health and anything else He could think of, I said I am going home. The day before I left Deborah came to me and said she wanted me to have her 7 month old female. I had already pointed out to them the swelling and fluid pockets on her elbows that meant Elbow dysplasia, but Deborah said she knew I would take care of her, so I said I would be glad to take her and would love her just as Deborah did. Xrays showed complete elbow dysplasia way past surgical correction by removing the bone that grinds the damage over time. My vet said a specialist surgeon could do an operation to connect the bones together but that it was beyond his ability and could and probably would end up costing in the thousands. This is the Hannah that Terry wants to tell everyone He gave me which makes his stealing of my pup ok in his mind. He made over my pup and continued to try to make me feel sorry for having so much, while still maintaining He knew nothing of the female coming and that she was Jerry's anyway. When I left after considerable soul searching, I made the biggest mistake yet and left my female with him, saying, well You will be home with me soon and she will be with us and we are 50/ 50 partners anyway. When He called and said he had just returned from Atlanta with 4 dogs, his male and jerry's female and 2 males, I called and checked and found out there were 6 dogs shipped and that Terry did indeed get his female and the male as I thought and He still lied about it. When I confronted him with all the lies, he said I should figure out how to get my female home, He was not doing it. This was only days after I got home. I tried for a couple of weeks to get him to ship her because of all I had spent on him through friendship only to find he was a lier and a cheat. He refused every attempt. So after much trouble at home over wasteing more money, I got agreement with my wife to pay shipping costs. Jerry Heater agreed to get her from Terry and ship her for me, then Terry refused to answer any emails or phone calls.I then contacted Randall Goss and his wife, who gave me the pups, who by the way thought both were with me and were not happy to know Terry had one. I asked them if they would contact Terry to get my pup. They called and emailed repeatedly as have I since that time and also got no reply. I have called and litterally begged the man to do right and give me my dog, only to have the phone hung up and answer machine cut off while I am talking. Deborah has called 3 times through this mess and each time has said over and over the pup was mine and I could have her and that she would tell Terry to return her, and each time Terry has again refused to do that or answer any mails or calls. Last night He emails after many weeks still lieing about the other pup and says I gave you my female Hannah and if You want I will replace her from my next litter,But I have had your pup so long now I love her and will not return her. I said back you have had her all this time because you refused to return what is mine and now you say it has been too long. You have the gall to say that to me!!! I don't want any replacement from any litter You breed, I just want what is mine and has always been mine. He renamed the pup before I left and planed to tell the Goss family the dog either died or had a bad problem and then write fake papers for her being from Basjan and MITI to get Ronnie Swart's kennel name off her pedigree. I told the Goss family and The HBSA about this at the beginning of this mess. There is so much more I could say about Terry's breeding, like MITI was bred on her first puppy heat at 7-8 months to Basjan who was close in age, and that she bore 12 pups, 6 of which died from poison milk due to an untreated infection, that several of the pups had demodex( wonder why) and that I brought 2 of those dogs here, Hannah and a male that I placed as a pet, and that both are unbreedable and have major defects. Does any of this sound familiar to anyone??? I just want my dog returned and to forget I ever knew this man, but as long as he continues to hold her, I will continue to put the things I know are true on the boards, and there is much more I would really rather not even think about much less have to write down. Now does everyone understand why once again I feel like the angry fool I am??
