Hi folks!

When I was falling assleep yesterday a question came to my mind which I would like to share with you. Maybe you can help me.

In ROTJ it is said that Endor has a moon, where the basis is which the rebells want to destroy. So they land on the moon and we know the rest of the strory.

My question is: It is said that it is the moon of Endor and not Endor itself but later everybody talks about the planet Endor where the Ewoks live. So is it the forrest moon (like Palpatine uses to say) of Endor where the Ewoks live or is it the planet Endor itself?

I wondered quite a long time about it - but I didn't came to a conclusion... can anyone please help me?
