Subject: Ideas

I have been in and started a few other guilds in other realms and servers and have found that the following things have worked to improve / maintain guild contentness:

- start a healer fund: Healers rez us but when they die, they have to buy back their con points, where as we dont have to most of the time. we had implimented a fund by the guild that would be given as needed to lvl 10 and above healers and shaman charecters. They were responsible to rez when needed when available.

- Guild hunts / raids: In order for the guild to afford things such as emblems and funds, raids were performed with all proceeds from said raid turned over to the guild treasury. This would ensure that all members would be contributing and not just the higher levels paying for everything.

- Grouping / Power Leveling: although not manditory it is encouraged to plvl the newbies to becoming functional members of the guild. This way we have a descent lvl average and can then be more productive on a guild level when doing raids and such.

- Items: While it is obvious that we have never had any problem with this, but when you are no longer able to use an item, or have acquired one that is of no use to you, please pass it along to those in the guild that can benifit from it.

- problems and gripes: If you have problems and or gripes contact the gm or council members if online or make postings here on the site. There is nothing more annoying then seeing a guildmate expressing extreme displeasure with the guild on guild chat, it lowers moral and can cause more problems then just venting.
