You are not "less" because you are not living "the dream." You are "the dream" and "the life" shapes your suffering.

I am not a Christian, even if the core meaning in mythology is not apart from any other to me--they all say "the same thing", even if words or characterizations of "time, renew, and world" divide intepretations. HOwever, Salty's voice is the point of the path; and sitting at the foot of such a wise woman, however she arrived, holds the instruction to you (and so often me); and even the promise of healing within your own bleeding hands and sorrowing, for you are already pouring out and also are doing anew, bent in shape, yet holding the vision of a promise, that you have given your effort, preparation in protection for life, plucking life from the day's bleeding sunbirth, that the gifts of time, light, breath, slow and even in nightfall, the rain of tears or clouds will give back to you, in a new shape, to renew you, new work that will feed you. It is being ready to take these gifts and then to reshape them as your own nourishment that the wisdom and the joy of it comes.

I am sorry that the path is so long and so hard when your sense of your best energies and abilities are so unfairly tethered, but you are succeeding, even when you think you are failing.

You are both wonderful. Your words of support and comfort really do mean so much.

No sunrises to appreciate at the moment - all it's done is rain. Typical British summer! It's only a couple of months since they were threatening us with a hosepipe ban.

I'm applying for every job that comes along and am going to try to build up my private tutoring practice in the meantime.
