Subject: Termites/ Board of Directors,,What is the difference?

It has been a busy time indeed. Any thoughts or experience in combatting termites. I realize they are different in various regions of the country and the treatments vary. Have discovered active termites in two units and activity( that's different) in one other. Have been talking with numerous termite killing companies and recieving vastly different resposnses, baiting vs zone treatment.

Also, something must be in the air.. Am running into some Boards with "issues and concerns" about NBA and the "promotion of religion", from the prayer candles to the wall hanging or shaw, celebrating the 100 years of annuities. Also feedback on the standardizaion of the names, phone responses, signage and stationary. The area of religion is a very emotional and highly charged issue. The whole issue of the Board having "ownership" of the unit and recognition that some Boards feel that micromanagment through whatever means necessary is appropriate is returning. No pat anseres, but we continue to deal with this. Hope all is very well out there. Take Care, Bart Hey where is the spell check?
