I AM GOOD AT TERMITES. ESPECIALLY THE SUBTERANNEAN (SP?) KIND. WE HAVE THEM!!!! THEY ARE PESTY AND YOU WANT TO GET RID OF THEM ASAP. IN FL. WE USE BAIT STATIONS OUTSIDE. WHEN THEY SWARM INSIDE AND COME OUT IN HUGE SWARMS WE SPRAY WITH (YES HAIR SPRAY) TO KNOCK THEM DOWN. THEN CALL ORKIN AND THEY COME OUT AND DRILL INTO THE FLOOR, CEILING, ETC. (USUALLY THE FLOOR) AND SHOOT IN A CHEMICAL HOPING TO GET TO THE MAIN POD. THEY WILL ALSO INSURE YOU ONCE YOU HAVE AN INSPECTION AND THEN IF THERE IS DAMAGE THEY WILL REPAIR FREE OF CHARGE. OUR ASSOCIATION HAS THIS AND I THANK GOODNESS AS WE HAVE HAD 2 HUGE SWARMS. JACK COULD TELL YOU MUCH MORE.

I HAVE HAD ONLY ONE REMARK. I BELIEVE IT IS UP TO US AS NBA REGIONAL MANAGERS AND OUR UNIT CEOS TO BE SURE AND EDUCATE THE BOARD ON HOW IMPORTANT OUR MISSION IS TO THOSE WE SERVE. WE ARE NOT TRYING TO MICROMANAGE, HOWEVER, KEEP THEM APPRISED AND WITHIN REGULATIONS AS THEY ARE CHANGING SO QUICKLY. MORE $$ HAVE BEEN ALLOCATED FOR TESTERS, CONSTANT NEW REGS, ALL THE INSPECTIONS, NEW WAY OF AUDITS AND ETC. THEY SOMETIMES FORGET WHAT ALL WE DO AND I LIFT UP THE 4 PAGE DOCUMENT WE USE FOR BOARD ORIENTATION. I ALSO SPEAK TO THE 5 VISITS WE MAKE AND HOW IMPORTANT THEY ARE WHEN IT COMES TO INSPECTIONS. WE HAVE HAD HIGH PRAISES AND ACCOLADES WHEN HUD OR OTHER INSPECTORS COME INTO THE BUILDINGS AND SEE THE BINDERS, ALL OF OUR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, THE WORK WE DO WITH SERV. COORD., PHYSICAL PLANT ISSUES AND MAINT. SUPV. II. MUCH MORE. HOPE THIS WILL HELP YOU. BARB :-) REMEMBER IF YOU NEED HELP JUST HOLLER I CAN MAKE A BOARD VISIT IF FRANK APPROVES ANYTIME YOU NEED.
