人生的旅途充滿逆境與困難，因此有人說人生不如意十之八九，

其實，人生可以是很美好的，但關鍵是自己內心要有快樂的泉源。

終生學習就是要快樂學習，開放心胸並建立正確的心智模式，透過學習讓自己完成心理準備，足以因應各種挑戰及挫折。

企業內生涯不如意的事很多，唯有透過EQ（情緒智慧）之學習，才能鼓勵自己以沈穩的心情面對挫折逆境，開創生機。
