在生活中，總有挫折，

但是，「與其閃避、畏懼、排斥，不如正面迎上！」

因為，在遇阻礙時，換個方式、拐個彎，事情慢慢就能解決；

就像遇到一塊大石頭，我們不一定要把它搬開，

我們可以學習「隨著風轉、順著水流」，可以試著繞過大石頭！

所以，要隨時「改變自己、創造自己」，來適應變動的環境
