靠山山會崩，靠水水會焦

釋義：
有句話說「靠山山倒，靠人人倒，靠自己最好。」和此句的涵意相同。說明一個人即使有萬貫家財，但若不事生產，只是使用，金山銀山總有挖空的一天。因此，有山水固然可以依靠，但我們本身應該要有一技之長，因為說不定會因為外在環境的影響而一夕成空，但是只要有一技之長，即使沒有山水可依，但是只要靠自己勤於耕耘，還是能夠生活。
